3 Day Detox Diet

Detox DietEvery time you eat and drink, you will add some toxins into your body. These toxins need to clean out from your body. You have your own immune system and your own natural detoxifying system. But, your natural system will only clean up a little amount of that toxin. You need to eat some foods or drinks to detoxifying the toxins on your body. 

There are many ways to detoxifying the toxins on your body. You have to know that you cannot reverse any cellular damage that already occurred. But, you can change your way of living so that you can restore your toxic defense system. Do not worry about the amount of time that you would need to detoxify your toxin. Nowadays, you can do the famous 3 day detox diet. The 3 day detox diet will clean the damaging free radicals from your system. It also will boost your production of healthy new cells. The 3 day detox diet will energize and rebuild your immune system. If you are doing this diet, you will be flushing all of toxins from your body. You will feel its effect in no time. 

The 3 day detox diet is very safe for every person. It is one of the gentlest of all toxic removal programs. You do not need to get permission from your physician. Even if you are suffering illness like cancer, liver, kidney disorders, colitis, or anemia, you are still allow to do this toxic removal programs. 

Here are the samples of 3 day detox diet. 

1.        When you are wake up 

When you are wake up, you should drink at least eight ounces of warm water. You can also get a half of lemon juice. If you are doing this, it can increase the flow of your digestive juices.  

 

2.        For each meals 

You can get a cup of whole grains like amaranth, buckwheat, or brown rice. Combine the grains with three servings of fresh fruits or vegetables which one of them is raw. You should eat powerful fruits like cranberries or blueberries. For vegetables, eat the vegetables that will give you more fiber. 

 

3.        The supplements 

You should take one of the good supplements for your liver and kidneys for at least twice over the course of your e day detoxification diet. You can consume fennel, chamomile, or dandelion tea as supplements. You can consume some yellow or parsley tea too. For your snacks, you can squeezed vegetable juice (carrot or beet juice is good). You are also encouraged to eat a handful of black grapes or take a clove of fresh garlic. You can eat it raw or added to your salad. 

 

4.        Drink

You have to consume at least eight 8-onces glasses of purified water every day. You can also enjoy some fresh fruit juices like apple, orange, or grapefruit. But, if you have some cranberries or blueberries, it can be a good idea to add it for your juices. 

 

5.        Exercise 

In this 3 day detox diet, you should do some exercise. You can do some aerobic training. But if you are not able to do some intense physical training, just walk with your dog as your exercise.
