parsley tea too. For your snacks, you can squeezed vegetable
juice (carrot or beet juice is good). You are also encouraged
to eat a handful of black grapes or take a clove of fresh

salad.

Drink
You
have to consume at least eight 8-onces glasses of purified
water every day. You can also enjoy some fresh fruit juices
like apple, orange, or grapefruit. But, if you have some

Exercise
In
this 3 day detox diet, you should do some exercise. You can do
some aerobic training. But if you are not able to do some
intense physical training, just walk with your dog as your
exercise.
