I dont think hoodia is for everyone. People seem to love it or not. These products are all natural and I did not experience any side effects with them. I originally ordered this combo pack not realizing how well the two go together; after receiving them and starting on a regiment of taking them together in the morning and afternoon, I am really happy with them.

I work from home, so the tendency to get up and “snack” every hour to get away from the computer is a frequent one. I had tried Hoodia in the past and it hadn’t done much, but I decided to try it again.

The hoodia makes me less hungry and the fat burn is helping me get rid of my flab. The instructions that came with it told me that getting my eating under control was necessary for a winning approach. I really took that to heart and have been using a lot more discipline when I am eating and the hoodia makes all that easier. I am doing sit ups and taking these products every day and so far, my flab is going away. Hoodia and Fat Burn, January 31, 2011

I found these products to be a great deal. The hoodia makes me less hungry and the fat burn is helping me get rid of my flab. The instructions that came with it told me that getting my eating under control was necessary for a winning approach. I really took that to heart and have been using a lot more discipline when I am eating and the hoodia makes all that easier. I am doing sit ups and taking these products every day and so far, my flab is going away. I dont own a working scale but I am certain that things are improving.

This one surprised us as we expected nothing from a “free” book but it has lots of techniques we hadn’t thought of before. Don’t rule out low-priced Kindle books, especially the more established diet books that rank high in searches as there are lots of pearls here.

I got this and also purchased The 5-Second Flat Belly Secret – Lose 2-3 Inches from Your Belly in Less Than 1 Month the same day and I am enjoying and learning from both of them. I think the free price of this MUST be kept in mind when you read it – for some reason other reviewers are dissing this a bit and I think that is unfair. It delivers what it says. If you want to spend some money for a content with slightly more PUNCH you can certainly get one of several titles out there, but this is more than worth what is charged.

It took me about three and a half hours to read from chapter 1 on. I have a 2 year old daughter and it was a blessing in disguse to find a book that would actually get me to realize what I needed to do to assist myself and daughter to do to get a healthier lifestyle while still enjoying the "no-no's" on occasion. This is a pager turner from beginning to end. It took me about three and a half hours to read from chapter 1 on. I have a 2 year old daughter and it was a blessing in disguse to find a book that would actually get me to realize what I needed to do to assist myself and daughter to do to get a healthier lifestyle while still enjoying the “no-no’s” on occasion. A must read for all those parents that would enjoy even cooking better foods for their family and have time to spare for a sit down meal.

There are an incredible number of exercises in the book. The quality of the photography is great and represents how to do the different exercises. The exercises are presented with multiple variations and easy suggestions such as changing the type of grip to vary the exercises. The only thing I would have improved on would have been to add a brief explanation of what effect on the muscles being exercised the variations provide. However, that is only a minor flaw in my opinion considering the vast amount of useful information the book provides. The book is an excellent buy.

(Paperback)</b> </div> If I had to pick one word to describe this book, it wouldn't be "big", it would be "complete". It's not just a big book of exercises- its that plus a whole lot of other info as well. Here's some of what I liked the best about it... <br/><br/>-it devotes a chapter to answering questions we all have about lifting, questions such as "how fast should I lift?" or "how many repetitions should I do?" <br/><br/>-the exercises are organized by body part, so you get a bunch of ex's for the chest in Chapter 4, a bunch of exercises for the back in Chapter 5, and so on. Easy to navigate around in this book. <br/><br/>-included is a section on warm-up exercies- which a lot of people forget about doing. Here you'll find a lot of stretches. <br/><br/>-there's a workout plan towards the end of the book for just about every need you might have. For example, you'll find a workout plan for the crowded gym, for fat loss- even for vertical jumping. Neat! <br/><br/>The book ends with a section on cardio, and a section on nutrition. As you can see, while it is a "big" book of exercises (and kinda heavy too), its also a very "complete' book as well. If I had to pick one word to describe this book, it wouldn’t be “big”, it would be “complete”. It’s not just a big book of exercises- its that plus a whole lot of other info as well. Here’s some of what I liked the best about it…

-it devotes a chapter to answering questions we all have about lifting, questions such as “how fast should I lift?” or “how many repetitions should I do?”

-the exercises are organized by body part, so you get a bunch of ex’s for the chest in Chapter 4, a bunch of exercises for the back in Chapter 5, and so on. Easy to navigate around in this book.

-included is a section on warm-up exercies- which a lot of people forget about doing. Here you’ll find a lot of stretches.

-there’s a workout plan towards the end of the book for just about every need you might have. For example, you’ll find a workout plan for the crowded gym, for fat loss- even for vertical jumping. Neat!

The book ends with a section on cardio, and a section on nutrition. As you can see, while it is a “big” book of exercises (and kinda heavy too), its also a very “complete’ book as well.
