Stress on the Body

the workplace, we will get some intense pressure that can lead
us into stress. Sometimes we can even think that death is
better than stress. Actually, there are many problems that can

stress. You have to know that stress can lead us into bad
things such as illness and mental problems due to the effects

feel your pupils dilate to allow you to get more light in. You
will feel that your muscle tighten so that you will tire
faster. Your blood sugar will spikes, this thing will make you
feeling weak later.

you are not solving your stress as quick as possible, you will
get more dangerous physical effect from stress. Your headaches
from stress will be more frequent than before. You will also
get upset stomachs and get some chest pain. It is happen very
frequent. Stress also can make your blood pressure increased,
which is very dangerous for your heart. Stress can make you get
some heart disease.
When
your stress is chronic, you will hard to get some sleep. Stress
also can lead you to do some poor eating habits and lazy to get
any exercise. The long-term stress will make your body become
more susceptible to illness, very terrible illness. Your
emotion stability will be change and you may get some emotional
disorder. When you get the emotional disorder, you may get some
depression. In some chronic case, stress that makes depression
will end up with some suicide.
It is
now obvious that stress can be very dangerous for us. The main
key is just look the positive side of stress. You have to think
that stress will give you some exiting experiences. If you are
