Why am I
always tired ?
Why am I always tired is a question that is
not asked enough! Most people accept they are tired due to work
and family and never question if they can do anything about
it.
Are you always

So Why am I tired all the
time?
If you say to most people that you are tired all
the time then the usual response will be go to bed
earlier or have a cup of coffee. Going to bed early may
help if you are not sleeping well and could sleep better
by going to bed earlier and getting up earlier, but if
you are sleeping 8-10 hours a night then more sleep is
not the answer. As for the coffee suggestion, well it
will help, but only for about half an hour then you will
probably feel worse. If you are continually drinking
coffee to help your tiredness then you are making your
problem worse and potentially damaging your body by
filling it full of stimulants!
Many different aspects of your life can effect
how tired you feel, you health is important and being
tired can be related to if you are living in a healthy
way:-
- Are you have disturbed
sleep?
- Are you sleeping too much?
- Are you overweight or even
underweight?
- Are you unfit?
- Are you worried or
stressed?
- Are you in a good
relationship?
- Do you have children to run around
after?
- Do you regularly drink too much coffee or
energy drinks?
- Do you regularly drink too much
alcohol?
- Are you expecting too much of
yourself?
Any of these aspects can affect how you are
feeling so when you ask why am I always tired you also
need to ask when did I start to feel like
this?
If you started feeling tired all the time after
the arrival of your first child then you may have to deal
with how you are feeling for quite a while. But even then
their are things you can do to help yourself such
as:-
- Eating healthier.
- Doing light exercises
daily.
- Don't eat late at night.
- Cut out the caffeine.
- Plan your day & don't expect too much of
yourself.

these things do not help then stop saying 'Why am I tired all
